- Reparte el sofrito en los doce moldes y reserva.
- Pon en la jarra la nata, los huevos, 1/2 cucharadita de sal, una pizca de pimienta y algo menos de la mitad de la mozzarella rallada o queso que vayas a utilizar (unos 40 gr). Programa 15 seg/vel3.
- Vierte esta mezcla en los moldes, sobre el sofrito que habías puesto antes. Espolvorea con el resto de queso rallado.
- Precalienta el horno a 180ºC con calor arriba y abajo y hornea unos 20-25 minutos.
- Retira del horno y espera unos 5-10 minutos para desmoldar con cuidado de no quemarte.

- Sirve acompañado de una ensalada o alguna crema fría.
