  4. Colocamos el pollo en la cazuela de la cebolla y el ajo, agregamos un poco de aceite, sazonamos y ponemos las hojas del perejil. Cocemos los champiñones aparte y luego se los agregamos al pollo junto con los granos de elote, cuando todo esté revuelto uniformemente, y con buen sabor se retira del fuego.
