- La parte del pedazo de masa que no tiene harina (dónde el cuchillo corto la tira en el paso 3) ponerla hacia arriba y presionarla para que se aplane sobre la tabla.



- Aplanar bien ese pedacito de masa con ayuda de un rodillo. Al final tendrás que tener como resultado una mini tortilla aproximadamente de 5-6cm de diámetro. Si la harina se pega al rodillo puedes añadir harina a la masa para evitarlo. Hacer lo mismo con la masa restante.



- Previamente cocinar el relleno. Lo puedes hacer con lo que quieras... Vegetales o carne. En esta ocasión freímos hongos, con jengibre y cebollín. Después los licuamos para que pudieran más fácilmente ser rellenados los dumplings. Tomas la minitortilla y agregas el relleno, cierras la masa como taco y sellas con los dedos. Puedes dejar así el dumpling o unir los extremos al terminar para dar una nueva forma (en caso de que hagas dumplings de diferente sabor la forma puede ayudarte a diferenciar).
- Después de rellenar todas las mini tortillas poner agua a hervir. Una vez que el agua hirvió poner los dumplings en el agua.


- Esperar a que los dumplings hiervan una vez que comiencen a hervir añadir a la olla agua fría hasta que pare el hervor y esperar a un nuevo hervor (si el relleno es de vegetales puedes repetir esto dos veces si estás haciendo carne molida de relleno necesitarás hacerlo 3 veces para asegurar su cocción)

- Retirar los dumplings del agua hirviendo y poner al chorro de agua fría para evitar que se adhieran entre ellos o que se sigan cociendo.
- Servir y disfrutar los dumplings puede ser acompañado de salsa de soya y alguna salsa picante de tu gusto.
