  4. Lavamos champiñones y rebanamos.
  5. En un sartén al fuego ponemos la cuchara de aceite y agregamos tomate, cebolla y ajo, removemos y dejamos cocinar tapado hasta que esté blanda la cebolla.
  6. En ese momento agregamos los champiñones, chile y caldo de pollo en polvo, removemos y tapamos, dejamos cocinar unos 5 minutos, (si decidieron usar queso)agregamos el queso rallado, apagamos, removemos y tapamos reservamos mientras están las tortillas.
