- 3 dientes ajo G
- 2 zanahorias
- 2 ramas apio
- 10 champiñones

- 1 cda romero
- 600 g puré de tomate
- 1 taza vino tinto
- 1/2 lt leche
- 1/2 taza harina de trigo
- 45 g mantequilla con sal
- 250 g queso ricotta
- 300 g queso manchego rebanado
- 1 paquete láminas de lasaña
- Aceite de oliva
- Sal y pimienta

- En una sartén grande calentar 3 cdas de aceite y agregar ½ cebolla picada, 2 dientes de ajo picados, el laurel y el romero.

- Cuando la cebolla empiece a transparentar agregar la zanahoria y el apio picados a fuego medio/bajo.

- Cuando la verdura suavice hacer un hueco en medio del sartén, agregar 1 cda de aceite y la carne de res, en cuanto tome color, hacer nuevamente un hueco y repetir el proceso con la carne de cerdo.

- Una vez que esté todo incorporado agregar el puré de tomate y el vino tinto, dejar que reduzca aprox 7 min.

- Agregar los champiñones, las hojas de albahaca picada y salpimentar, bajar la flama y dejar cocinar por 30 min. Reposar tapado.

- Bechamel:
En una sartén derretir la mantequilla y 4 cdas de aceite, agregar ¼ de cebolla y 1 diente de ajo picado, cuando transparente agregar la harina y cocinar por 3-4 min moviendo constantemente, pasar a la licuadora con parte de la leche solo para licuar fácilmente. Regresar al sartén a fuego bajo, agregar el resto de la leche y salpimentar al gusto. Cuando empiece a espesar agregar el queso ricotta e incorporar por 3 min. - En un refractario colocar en el siguiente orden:
-Bechamel o puré de tomate (capa ligera)
-Láminas
-Carne
-Bechamel
-Queso


- Repetir hasta llenar refractario, terminar con una capa gruesa de queso y como *opcional unas hojas de albahaca.
