- 3 rebanadas pan de molde
- 1 champiñón portobello grande, unos 70 g
- 1 puerro
- 70 g sobrasada
- 3 lonchas queso semicurado
- 1 huevo
- Sal y pimienta negra
- Aceite de oliva virgen

- Agrupamos todos los ingredientes. Picamos la parte blanca del puerro y el champiñón. Retiramos la piel y troceamos la sobrasada.

Ponemos una loncha de queso sobre el pan y en uno de los extremos colocamos un par de cucharadas de nuestra mezcla de champiñón y sobrasada.



- Hacemos un rollito, comenzando por el extremo donde tenemos el relleno y lo envolvemos con papel film como si fuera un caramelo. Cuando tengamos todos los rollitos, los llevamos a la nevera y dejamos reposar 30 minutos.


- Una vez que han reposado, ponemos a precalentar el horno con calor arriba y abajo a 180 grados, sacamos los rollitos de la nevera y los colocamos sobre una bandeja apta para horno cubierta con papel sulfurizado. Pintamos nuestros rollitos con la yema del huevo. Llevamos nuestra bandeja al horno y dejamos que se doren durante 12-15 minutos.
