- Picar bien pequeña la cebolla y llevar a una sartén con una cda de aceite de maravilla y rehogar por unos 5 min, luego de esto, añadir a la misma sartén los champiñoes cortados en láminas y rehogar unos 5 min más. Espolvorear encima la harina y dejar que se tueste un poco, añadir la crema y el vino y remover bien. Finalmente condimentar con la nuez moscada y la cayena, incorporar todo muy bien y retirar del sartén. Reservar.
